1. Reporting Infringements Of Copyright

Copyright & Intellectual Property – Infringements Policy

www.musicgateway.com (the “Site”) is website operated by Music Gateway Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registration number 07643390, whose registered office is at 8 Mount Rise, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6JY, England (“Music Gateway” or “we”).

This Copyright & Intellectual Property – Infringements Policy forms part of the terms of use Terms & Conditions between you and Music Gateway under which you may access and use the Site.

This policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you accept the terms of this policy and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, you must not use the Site.

If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please report this to us by notifying us as set out in Terms & Conditions / Contact Us

Any notification must include the following information:

• a statement by you that you believe in good faith that the use of the relevant content on the Site is not authorised by the copyright owner (or its agent or by law);
• a statement by you that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright (or of an exclusive right in the copyright) in the content that is allegedly being infringed;
• your electronic or physical signature (which may be a scanned copy).

2. Reporting Trade Mark Infringements

If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please report this to us by notifying us as set out in Terms & Conditions / Contact Us

3. Reporting Infringements Of Intellectual Property (Other Than Copyright And Trademarks) And Breaches Of Music Gateway’s Terms Of Use

If you believe that any content on the Site violates your intellectual property rights (other than any copyright or trade mark) or otherwise breaches our Acceptable Use Policy or other terms of use for the Site please report this to us (providing reasonable details to allow us to process your claim) by notifying us as set out in Terms & Conditions / Contact Us

Following our receipt of any notice as described above we will take such action as we deem appropriate at our discretion. This may include removing specified content or disabling access to it and forwarding notification (including the complainant’s contact information) to the user who posted the content and/or taking other reasonable steps to notify the user that we have received notice of an alleged violation of intellectual property rights or other content violation. While we may in our discretion use information provided in any notice in order to decide how to respond to infringement claims Music Gateway is not responsible for determining the merits of any claim. It is also our policy, in appropriate circumstances at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of Registered Users who infringe or repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others or who otherwise upload content to the Site in breach of our terms of use.
